Chieftain's offre une sélection de single malts reposant sur la sélection des meilleurs fûts disponible. Innovante elle se distingue par des vieillissements prolongés et originaux. AUCHROISK est une distillerie du Speyside. Bien qu'assez récente (1974), elle a su se doter d'un caractère traditionnel. Elle se trouve entre keith et Aberlour et puise son eau d'une source voisine.

Couleur : Jaune pâle, un peu trouble.
Nez : Nez de miel et de cire d'abeilles, avec une pointe d'aubépine et d'agrumes.
Bouche : Attaque vive, avec une dominante plutôt sèche. En bouche, il se révèle plus épicé, mais aussi présentant de belles notes de fleurs blanches et de fruits jaunes : pêche, abricot, poire.
Finale : Persistance moyenne de la finale, avant tout bien apéritive grâce à une légère astringence.

Chieftain's offers a selection of single malts, based on the selection of the best drums available. Innovative it is characterized by prolonged aging and original. AUCHROISK is a distillery in the Speyside. Although quite recent (1974), it has managed to acquire a traditional character. It is located between Keith and Aberlour and draws its water from a nearby source.

 

Color: Pale yellow, slightly cloudy.
Nose: honey and beeswax, with a touch of hawthorn and citrus.
Mouth: strong attack, with a dominant rather dry. In the mouth it is more spicy, but with good notes of white flowers and yellow fruits: peach, apricot, pear.
Finale: Persistence of the final average, before any property aperitif with a slight astringency.
